We make our way through the canary countryside towards an idyllic finca located in the mountains overlooking the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Here we are invited to, by its famous chef Fransisco, owner of this
restaurant for 21 years, a freshly prepared delicious vegetable paella so it suits us all. (drinks not included) Satisfied and with a full belly, we continue along the west coast towards the village of Santiago del Teide. Here we can see, from the bus, Spain’s highest mountain and the world’s third largest volcano, El Teide, in all its glory. The view from here is breathtaking! We continue towards the north side of the island and stop at the viewpoint “El mirador de Garachico” for a leg stretcher and a coffee if you wish. When we reach the highlight of the day, the seaside town of Puerto de la Cruz, we have free time to spend strolling around the breathtakingly exciting promenade or passing into the small cozy streets filled with the typical Canarian architecture. Take the opportunity to take a look at architect César Manrique’s famous sea pools, Lago Martiánez. Join us for an unforgettable day!
